How this website handles information, in plain language.
This website is operated by Sacred Skin Care Clinic Inc. (“the clinic”, “we”), a skincare clinic at 4578 S. Highland Drive, Suite 320, Millcreek, UT 84107. You can reach the clinic by phone at (801) 694-8676.
The website describes the clinic, its location and how to get in touch. It is not a place to submit health information.
Please do not send medical details, photographs, prescriptions or other sensitive personal information through this website. Questions about your skin are best raised by phone or during a visit.
If the general inquiry form is available on the contact page, it asks for your name, an email address or phone number so we can reply, a general reason for your message and a short message. This information is emailed to the clinic so that we can respond. It is not stored in the website’s database and it is not used for marketing.
The form includes a simple spam check and limits how many messages can be sent from one connection in an hour. Please keep messages general and do not include health information.
Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical information such as IP addresses, browser type, pages requested and the time of each request. These server logs are used to keep the website secure and working.
The website is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes requests on our behalf to provide security and performance services and may set a cookie that is necessary for the site to work.
This website uses CookieYes to show a banner titled “Your privacy choices” and to record your selection. Necessary cookies that make the site work are always on. Analytics and advertising cookies are set only if you choose to accept them.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time from the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer or on the cookie preferences page.
When the clinic turns on analytics or advertising tools and you have accepted the related cookies, the website may load Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, Taboola or Outbrain tags. None of these tools are active unless the clinic has configured them.
These tools are not loaded on the appointments page, the contact page or other sensitive parts of the site, regardless of your choice. The website never sends form contents, appointment reasons, service selections, names, email addresses, phone numbers or health information to these tools.
If online booking is offered, it is provided by a separate booking provider that handles the information you enter under its own privacy policy. The clinic will tell you which provider it uses. You can always schedule by phone instead.
When you call the clinic, we use the information you give us to answer your question or schedule your visit.
We do not sell personal information collected through this website. We share it only with the service providers described above (hosting, Cloudflare, the consent tool, any analytics or advertising tool you have consented to, and any booking provider you choose to use) so that they can provide their services, or where the law requires it.
Inquiry emails are kept by the clinic only as long as needed to respond to and handle your request. Server logs are kept for a limited period by the hosting provider for security purposes. Cookie preferences are stored in your browser until they expire or you clear them.
This website is intended for adults and is not directed to children.
